Our Help Center is designed to bring you news, information and help for WebSurveyCreator.com.

The best way to use the help center is to use it in conjunction with WebSurveyCreator.com and the Knowledgebase Articles helper.

When you are in WebSurveyCreator.com and want some help look for the Knowledgebase button on most toolbars.

When clicked it will provide articles that may be useful to the web page you are currently viewing.

Clicking the item selected will take your directly to that item in the help center.

You can see the latest items by checked the News from our Blog section on the front page of WebSurveyCreator.com. Once again you can click on any article listed to be taken straight to that article.

 

Once you are in the help center site you can find knowledgebase articles of interest in a number of ways:-

Tag Cloud

You can use the Tag cloud to pick an item that is related to the topic you want to know about.

For example, if you wanted to know something about Distribution you can click on the appropriate tag and will be shown a range of articles on Distribution.

Searching

You can also use searching to find articles of interest.

Enter the search terms that you wish to search on and click search.

You will then be taken to a list of results for the search you requested

Navigation to other knowledgebase articles

Once on an article you can navigate to other articles via the next and previous article links at the top of an article.

You can also see related articles, related tags and categories display at the bottom of the article.

Use these to navigate to articles that may be related.
